Try booting your psp back to ofw (shut down your psp and turn it on again).
If it does recognize the device, then leave them unchecked. The junction will allow ppsspp to access onedrive without being aware of it (it will still think it's accessing your c:\users\username\documents\ppsspp\psp\savedata folder).
